The cool thing I like about the Big Lebowski is that the first time you watch it you think Walter is Nuts (although he is in many ways) but when you watch it again and again you realise that everything that Walter says about the Kidnapping is spot on. Classic!

I read them in order of Henry growing up and getting older and then I hit Pulp. I also would buy the bandini Quartet too. Although Bukowski in my eyes is a better writer than Fante, you can clearly see Fante in Bukowski too. Its not whos best, they are both great and Check out Dan Fante too...
