I think Skyline has a copy for $150. Apparently, only 25 copies printed.

I haven't had my hands on a copy, but I think I remember seeing one for sale a few years back. Some sample copies were made because they were trying to get it published? Am I remembering that correctly? Probably not.

I have a copy. It is xerox copies of articles from Open city that Jamie compiled while assisting Fogel with his book. Spiral bound. About 150 pages. I think that I paid $25 for it.
