BSP Presentation Copy

My understanding is BSP presentation copies are marked "Presentation Copy" in the colophon page.

I have come across an early BSP book that is marked "For Presentation".

Has anyone come across this difference before?

I'm pretty sure I have seen "For Presentation" in BSP. I couldn't point you to a specific example, but I feel like I have seen it. For what that's worth (nothing - ha).
