desert island books

i've been a fan of Buk for years and i've read a good amount of his books, but i've never had the chance to sit down with other Bukowski fans to discuss specific works, so i don't know if i'm missing certain books that are quite possibly his best.

so, if you were stuck on a desert island and could only bring 3 of his books (poetry or prose), which would you bring?

for me, it would be:
Burning in Water, Drowning in Flame
Ham on Rye
Last Night of the Earth Poems

Gerard K H Love

Well, 3 books would not be enough. Pleasures of the Damned should be one since it is a 'best of' book and its long. 'You get so Alone' would surely be appropriate.

it would have to be all poetry volumes:

The Days Run Away Like Wild Horses Over The Hills
Dangling In The Tournefortia
The Last Night Of The Earth Poems

there again i may forfeit one of the above for Screams From The Balcony.

remember, along with your choice of bukowski, you get to take the collected works of shakespeare and the bible...;)
