Does this really count as a presentation copy or something Buk sent to Neeli as a post it note?

I'm not questioning the historic value... His inscription is very interesting and notable for everyone interested in getting a glimpse into the mind of Buk... It's almost sad...

I'd call this an association copy which in my mind is better than a presentation copy. Presentation copies, in the case of Black Sparrow Press were very cool, but they were probably sent to good customers, etc. This being Neeli's copy, with his writing makes it pretty special. Not sure how much it is worth, but it is cool. If you get it, I'd have Neeli sign it....

I agree, an association copy is much better than anything, even though this one's beaten up at the spine and around the edges.
