Eulogy to an Old Car?

I've looked for years for a poem Bukowski wrote about his old car dying. I read it once in a bookstore, then put the book down without buying it, and have regretted it ever since. I love that poem, think of it often.

If memory serves:

it was in a small pink chapbook published by Black Sparrow
it was about his old car finally dying
he wrote it as if to an old lover
there is a scene in the poem where the car is towed away.

can anyone help?

The poem is simply called 'eulogy', and you can find it in 'The Night Torn Mad with Footsteps'.
