what was the name of that bar that Buk hung out at all day long from opening till closing for a couple years in Philly?

I forget but I drive past it all the time. On the corner of 17th & Fairmount. I think it's call the 17th St Spot. It seems to be populated with Latino/Hispanic manual laborers predominantly. I think it's closing down soon too. So, I know a whole lot of nothing.
