Jim Carrol and Buk

Does anyone know if Jim Carroll and Buk ever met or read together at the same reading?
And if they met did they (appear to) get a long?

I think Carroll became popular right around the time Bukowski quit doing readings. They could have read together before that, but I've not read about them appearing on the same bill anywhere.
