Does anyone know what publications they were?!

issue has always bugged me. I'd LOVE to hear what they were. There were a few titles that were missed by Krumhansl (not many), but I don't think that any of them fall into the time that could be filled i by those gaps...

That's struck me as strange too. I don't know how bibliographies are supposed to work technically, but it seems to me if you're deleting something you just increment the rest of the numbers to take up the space. But maybe someone with a knowledge of bibliographies has an idea.
