Try bookfinder.com with Bukowski as writer, obviously and as "signed copy". They are indeed rarely being offered but I'm sure you can stumble upon one of them if you check regularly. I have seen there a manuscript listed some time ago but for quite a sum.

Just gave a search for the heck of it and find one thru bookfinder (didn't even check the whole list);
