I purchased one of these when the aforementioned batch turned up a few years ago and was a bit disappointed when I received it. It's just a folder with a bunch of xeroxed pages inserted. Not very interesting work. Thankfully I didn't pay that much for it. At one time, the going rate on this item was +/- $200. At 99 cents, however, you cannot go wrong.
