Poem about turning 30

Is there a Charles Bukowski poem specifically about turning 30? I vaguely remember reading one. Any help would be much appreciated.

Perhaps it was just about turning older. Anyone out there have an idea?

I don't think there is a poem about turning 30. He had poems for his 43rd, 70th and 71st birthdays, and lots of poems about aging, so you'd have to be more specific.
