It's hard to say what any of his books are worth these days. But not long ago, that book in that condition could fetch around $200 +/-.
I sold a very good for about $100 a year ago. There were I think 2,000 pb 1st printings, so it's not an uncommon item,
but one without any toning or fading would definitely put it north of $150.
