The Women in "Women."

We know about Liza Williams, Linda King, and Pamela "Cupcakes" Wood. But there are so many women in that novel that I wonder about! Of course some were just passing through (like the young blonde German women) but I am curious if anyone has uncovered any more real identities of some of these women?
