5437 Carlton Way demolished and redeveloped

I just discovered via Google Street View that the site of Bukowski's last court apartment (5437 Carlton Way) was demolished and recently redeveloped. Nothing lasts forever.

Carlton way has been gone for a long time. But a surprising number of his other places are still intact. And DeLongpre will remain intact (so to speak) for a long time.

Looks like newer condos are in that spot, as far as I could tell from Google street view.
