There's an army of sellers on Amazon who list every out of print book that doesn't have other copies available at $100 and up. In most cases, the price is ridiculous and eventually someone will list one at a much lower price.

That's a fine mag and I once had it in the shop.
When it sold out, I didn't go for more copies just because the shipping cost to get them from abroad would eat up so much, that I weren't able to make a fair price.

But for any private person who's possibly interested in ordering a copy directly from the publishers (Black Swan & Ponder), all I can state is: Go for it!
