That's an interesting read. And a lot of the reason why I never went into teaching.

The situation is similar in Canada very few teaching positions are permanent.You get short contracts. Even after teaching for 10 ten years.

Yep, intended meaning gotten. Believe you me, I'd be stranded if this site was in German.
