Are they selling hard copies anywhere? Just bought the Kindle one, about 1/4 (or should I say one fourth...?) of the way through, not sure what all the King hate is about yet. Perhaps it'll become clear when they break up... Anyway, a signed one would be cool but that link's not working, am I right in guessing they did a small run and haven't done another one? A a replica head would be great too, saw someone suggest that somewhere on here, top idea. She could get rich from that alone.
