Need help remembering a song - help a girl out !

[Booboo]

There is a song, that is spoken in a soft female voice that could be a French accent but in English that goes ,"home is where the heart is " and if my memory serves me correct continues with " that's where I call home" . I thought it could have been Jane Birkin , or Vashti Bunyan . But I have no idea what the song title could be . I tried googling it and nothing came up . Just one of those days, and I really would enjoying listening to it. If this sounds familiar to anyone , I am open to any potential guesses . Thank you for help :)
