my names casper, i live in oregon, i was born and raised in Boulder, CO ( John Fante Land)
22 years old, have a very bad anxiety disorder, love to read/write/paint/draw/make music.

Officials say drugs may have played a part
Anxiety is a bitch, but you'll tame her eventually. Hang in there and don't listen to the life coach that says you need to just push through it. Time is the best cure, so be patient with yourself. And talk about it. I think the worst part about anxiety is that you try to hide it, because you think it's a weakness. In my experience, the more you talk about it (with good friends), the less powerful it becomes.
