Can someone who speaks Polish confirm that this is the correct spelling. I did not know that I spoke Polish, but'a ita seems'a likea ia doa.

They put it in genitive case (second case).
Can someone who speaks Polish confirm that this is the correct spelling.
I don't speak Polish, but in my native language (Serbian, also a Slavic language) genitive is formed in a similar way.
So, "Davida Stephena Calonnea" here means "(a book) by David Stephen Calonne" (it could also mean "of David Stephen Calonne").
