Wormwood "exchange" copies

Officials say drugs may have played a part
I was wondering about the Wormwood "exchange" copies.

Were these above and beyond the edition size (600 or 700, etc.)?

Were they numbered?

Any idea how many he would do with each issue?

Thanks in advance,
Mike

I asked this once somewhere, and I believe they said that the exchange copies were usually traded with other publishers for copies of their publications.

Most likely not more than 25 of those (that is my guess anyway.) They were in addition to the numbered and would have been copies that were sent to other small presses...

I have a few of them here. They are pretty cool. I would say that they are worth the same as numbered, maybe a tiny bit more.

Thanks guys. Those exchange copies enabled him to create one hell of a collection, for those who have not seen it before.

( Tried to post the link, but kept getting an error)

ha! My guess is that there are not exchange copies for all issues. That would be quite a specialized collection.
