Does anyone know what actor Bukoski is referring to in the above poem found in, The last night of the earth poems? He refers to an actor in a long running series.

That's a guess Tony, probably quite a few runners:) I would imagine, but a quick look on the internet makes him a possibility.

I love Jack Klugman, but the line "I had women coming out of my ass," seems a bit, well, unlikely. Not that Brett Somers wasn't a hot number.

Well, Dr Quincy would probably have said he had them coming out of his derriere, I grant you, but Jack Klugman might have?
Bukowski isn't scathing of him - practically glows with fondness, so I think definitely maybe???
